Participation is only suitable for persons aged 12 and over. Persons between the ages of 12 and 14 may only participate in the presence of their parents or legal guardian. The adequacy of participation is the responsibility of the parents or legal guardians. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure compliance with the age limits stated and to obtain permission from the parent or legal guardian. Vouchers purchased from providers other than Plan B Escape Game GmbH are subject to the terms and conditions of this provider. An expired voucher cannot be accepted by us. In this regard, the company that sold the voucher must be contacted.

Booking and Payment

Payment is currently possible online via Paypal.
On site, we only accept cash or Paypal payments. For groups of 20 or more, payment can also be made by bank transfer.
This should be arranged in advance by phone or email.

Cancellation

The free cancellation of a booked date is possible up to 24 hours in advance. If this period is exceeded Plan B Escape Game GmbH is entitled to charge cancellation fees of 70% of the game price, which are immediately due for payment.
