Wie viele Gruppen schaffen die Escape Rooms im Durchschnitt?
Im Schnitt schaffen die Escape Rooms etwa 75% der Gruppen.
Gibt es eine Altersbeschränkung?
Ja, Jugendliche unter 14 Jahre müssen von einer erwachsenen Person begleitet werden. Kinder im Alter 8-10 Jahre dürfen nur mit einer schriftlichen Einverständniserklärung und nur in bestimmten Räumen mitspielen. Eine erwachsene Begleitperson ist hier auch mit dabei.
Welche Zahlungsarten sind akzeptiert?
Online: PayPal, Banküberweisung vom Girokonto und Kreditkarten Offline: Nur Barzahlung
Können wir auch für größere Gruppen buchen?
Ja das ist natürlich möglich. Es ist allerdings auch von der aktuellen Buchungslage abhängig. Also bitte rechtzeitig anfragen.
Kann ich teilnehmen wenn ich körperlich eingeschränkt bin?
Die Räume sind derzeit leider noch nicht rollstuhlgerecht.
